In the winter of 2020, I was
commissioned to create this stained glass artwork of a residence in
Virginia.
The homeowners
sent me the photo of their home...

...which I adapted into the
stained glass drawing. This rendition of the house would require three
different white glasses, one for the house siding, one for the porch
handrail, and one for the lattice that hides the space under the house.
They do not make three white glasses that have these textures, so I
suggested making these in clear glass because [1] clear glasses look
white most of the time that light is shining through them and [2] all
three of these textures are made in clear glass. The result was just
perfect, and the clients loved this option.

And below is the
completed artwork hanging in the clients' home after successful
shipping (fully insured, of course) with UPS.
